support ticket system --- activate your account --- then send us your support request.
Things to keep in mind while using this ticket system.
Always relate the subject of a new ticket to a particular topic i.e. How do I find my ip address. For multiple topics create a new ticket for each one. One benefit is that once we resolve you issue, you can login and look up the solution at any
time. Your solutions within our ticket system are maintained and remain in the system for future reference. Another benefit is that you will never have to pay for the same solution twice on billable issues. We provide this service in order for you
to develop and maintain standard operating procedures for a variety of issues. ie issues or procedure pertaining to your pc, network, or any other device or software. consultation or work related to you website, email, advertising, or any other areas in which you feel we can be helpful.
Whether to create an new ticket or append to an existing one.
Tickets are created in two ways. By logging into www.iiesolutions.com and select new ticket or simply send a email to tech@iiesolutions.com. If you not sure whether or not to create an new ticket or need to append to an existing one, you can login into www.iiesolutions.com and search previous tickets. If an earlier ticket is related to your topic or issues but does not provide the right answers, you can simply append to it by posting a response. If it is not related, simply create an new one. By doing this, your information or solutions are better organized and easier to access more efficiently.
IIE Solutions responds to tickets in the order they are received. Tickets are then are tasked to our technicians. To better help us help you, please provide a relative expected due dates and any other expectations so we may better prioritise tasks.
There may come a time where you need to send us some kind of file(s), these will appear within the system upto a particular size. For large file please contact us and we will make other arrangements.
